Year In Review: 2018
Incredibly thankful for the opportunity to travel so much this year— 2018 was beautiful and I loved the places I saw and work I was able to create.
I spent the first bit of January in Thailand, visiting both Chiang Mai and Krabi with some friends. Cannot recommend Chiang Mai enough for the food, coffee and walkability!
In February, we went to Mexico City on behalf of Aeromexico (in partnership with the Portland International Airport) when they launched a new nonstop flight. Since this trip, we’ve been planning on returning for a week or two: the weather was surprisingly perfect in February, the food and coffee was incredible and everything was so affordable.
In April, we went to Amsterdam for a week and had quite a difficult time going home.
Photographed Neal Haley in Portland in May
In June, I flew to LA for a couples session in the Angeles National Forest
Also in June, I went to Maui to photograph for Hotel Wailea Relais & Chateaux
In June, back in Oregon, I shot for Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa
In July, I went to Ecuador with Fair Trade Certified — you can read more on For Living about the meaning behind the Fair Trade logo, and what the trip entailed!
In August, I took a road trip to Mt. Baker up in Washington with friends
In September, I shot for The Vintages Airstreams in Oregon
In October, I photographed some product for Backcountry in Portland
In November, I shot and directed for American Express’s Holiday Shop Small campaign on Mt. Hood in Oregon
Also in November, I shot for LQD’s hard teas in Marin County, California
In December, I flew to Chicago to shoot for McDonald’s Coffee Sustainability Initiative
I ended the year with a project for Love, Beauty & Planet. Thank you for viewing!
